Manufacturer Refurbished RBK50 Serial number already used
Just purchased a manufacturer refurbished ORBI RBK50.
Tried to register and can't becuase serial number is already used.
Can Netgear Support help resolve this?

I sent an email to customer service 4 times with all of the required information but no reply to any of them. I even spoke to a customer service person on the phone and they seemed unable to help. They said I had to email customer service with proof of purchase, when I explained I had already done this 4 times they still seemed unable to help and said a supervisor would clear this up within a day. 5 Days later and still no progress. Not having much luck with this one.

I have the same issue with one I purchased just days ago. What is the properly way to resolve this? PM? Phone call? Email?

The best support was from Blanca_O and Christian_R both Netgear moderators you will see in the previous posts on this topic.
