No Internet on Orbi WiFi
Just got an Orbi router and satellite unit. The router is plugged into a Netgear DGN2000 ADSL modem and wireless router. The Orbi router has synced with the satellite unit successfully. I can see the Orbi WiFi on my device but when I connect it connects successfully but says that there is no Internet. I can connect to the DGN2000 which is right next to it and access the Internet. I think the issue is that the DGN2000 is hidden or protected so assuming I manually need to enter the security setting on the Orbi system but I can't access any of the setup sites as it says that you need to be connected to the Orbi network to access http://orbilogin.com - same issue with the two http sites. How do I setup on a secure/protected modem?
Thank you
Thank you
Can you try accessing your modem page? most likely something like http://192.168.100.1 from there you can change its settings, do you have a device that can connect to the Orbi Network directly via Ethernet cable? also sometimes the issue where a specific device cannot get internet access is resolved by just making the specific device forget the Wi-Fi network, this can be done on the device's Wi-Fi setup settings, then once it has forgotten it try connecting to it again, you will again need to enter your password etc.

- SimonChurchesAspirantThank you. Deleted the network as suggested and also changed the LAN port from 1 to 4 from the ADSL router and that seems to have sorted it out. Thank you for your help, much appreciated.

Glad I was able to help, I would also suggest you to just disable Wi-Fi on your modem if it also broadcasts a Wi-Fi network in your house, the Orbi's network will be faster and more reliable anyways, you will also have less interference in your home.
