Orbi RBK23 Started Blocking My Coporate Web site
I've had the Orbi RBK23-100NAS since January 2nd. The other day as I was working on my company's web site (https), Orbi decided to just prevent me from viewing the site anymore. If I connect directly to my cable moden (no wi-fi on the cable modem), I have no issue, so it's definitely Orbi causing the problem. I updated the firmware, rebooted, unplugged all connections and restarted, added https domains to always allow access under the Block Services tab of orbilogin.com. Nothing works and I see this is a consistent problem with Orbi and Netgear is aware but hasn't fixed it. I did not activitate Armor or Circle on it so there's no domain monitoring or blocking software. Appreciate any suggestions as I'm at the point I'm ready to throw out Orbi!

Have you tried using a different dns server instead of the one from the isp?
try googles at 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4
or cloudfare at 1.1.1.1

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Circle, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Set Short preamble instead of Long preamble modes. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).One User Experience/Configuration:

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Thanks. Appreciate the tips. I'm on V2.5.1.16. I updated to the latest firmware after the problem started. Just tried everything you mentioned, including resetting, and still can't access the website. I get the error message - The connection has timed out. The server is taking too long to respond. But there's nothing wrong with the website.

Thanks for everyone's help but nothing has worked to fix the problem. So now it looks like the only option based on the way Netgear runs support is to pay $89 to GearHead in order to try and resolve this. There's no way of connecting support otherwise. Looks like I'll be tossing Orbi out and leaving Netgear instead.
