As you have probably learned already, the "500" error is not particularly helpful.
Can you please describe more about HOW you are trying to access the Orbi web interface:
- What kind of computer is it?
- Is it connected to the Orbi over WiFi or using an ethernet cable?
- Which browser are you using?
- What URL (web address) was intered in the browser?
"orbilogin.com"? "orbilogin.net"? or the actual IP address of the Orbi router?
(Hint: the Orbi IP address is usually the same as the "gateway IP address" that your network adapter is using.) - Is the Orbi configured in "router mode" or in "access point (AP) mode"?
Thanks
What FW is currently loaded if you can tell?
Try a different browser, IE11, Firefox or Opera.
Be sure to clear ALL browser caches before entering into the routers web page.
Factory reset the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard maybe needed.

Thanks for the help! I ended up in resetting the router to factory settings. It was a lot of work, but it's back up and working!
Glad you got it working. Be sure to do a backup configuration to file for safe keeping.
Please mark your thread as solved so others will know.
Enjoy. :smileywink:
