Orbi rbr50 keeps turning off mutliple times of the day, turning magenta sometimes

We have had an orbi RBR50 for about 3 years, for a month now. It disconnects for 1-10 minutes. Sometimes the light says magenta. When I log into orbi router settings, it just says detecting, from there it might turn on or become offline. Sometimes it says I'm still connected to the wifi, not offline but the internet still does not work.
We DID do a FACTORY RESET. The problem still persist. It applies to wired and wireless devices.

do hardwired devices drop?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
1:Yes by hardwired you mean devices connected with ethernet, if so yes
2: It is connected to a spectrumwhen hardwired devices are dropping too, it makes me suspicious of the modem or the modem's connection.
Problem with spectrum is they've locked down their modems so you can't check their cable connections page anymore. So its tough for us to check it unless you have a 3rd party modem (and some of those get locked down too).
Spectrums first response whenever you ask them to check the line is "its not our line, its fine" or the blame the router.
