Orbi RBR50 no internet on wired devices
I have an RBR50 with 4 satellites that were all working great for almost a year now. Yesterday for some reason, my internet quit working and was very intermittent. On the phone over an hour with my ISP and no issues. After several more hours of factory reset on my modem and working my ISP to check connectivity. Direct link into my cable modem from a laptop I get 954.4 mbps and it works great. Several resets, firmware check / upgrade - I do have the latest on RBR50 2.5.1.8. For an unexplained reason, my WiFi is now working and has great signal. However, I have 2 PCs connected via LAN cable to the Orbi and they still register as no internet. I turn on WiFi on one of these PCs and internet is there. Yesterday, it worked at one point but now not at all. It seems that nothing I can do gets the Orbi working with physically connected devices. I am open to the possibility that there could be a problem with my cable modem. It is a Motorola MB8600 that is less than a year old but when I connect to it directly it has no issues.

Be sure your wired and wireless adapters on these PCs are up to date.
Try a reset on the RBR and setup from scratch. Turn OFF The isp modem for 30 seconds then back on. Turn OFF the RBSs for now. Connect 1 of the wired PCs to the RBR and walk thru the set up wizard in a web browser at 192.168.1.1. Do not enable Armor or Circle. After all is configured test the PCs with the RBR first.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I forgot to note that I have a brand new, unopened RBR50 that I tried initial setup to replace my current one and it did not solve the problem. I did not set this up through a direct connected PC. I did disable Circle but not Armor.

So two differenct RBRs you can't get your PC connected too? if so, then I would try a different PC. Seems like your PC need to be looked at.
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable.
Be sure your connecting the LAN adpter cable from the PC to the WHITE LAN ports in back of the RBR. Not the Yellow port.
If anything use a phone or pad with Orbi App to connect to the RBR and get one of them setup if you need.

I actually have 2 PCs and a laptop in the room. I've alternated between all 3 with intermittent to no success. Last night it seemed to be working and then failed. All 3 have different ethernet adapters. 2 of the PCs are ones that I built 3 months and 1 year ago. The laptop is a gaming laptop from Dell and I'm getting the same results. Right now, the Orbi is providing internet to most WiFi devices but not at all for some.

So try a factory reset on the RBR by pressing the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.
Connect one wired PC to the RBR with the ISP modem disconnected from the RBR.
Can you access the RBR setup wizard at 192.168.1.1 in a web browser?
Check your networking adapter settings to see if the adapter is getting any IP addresses from the RBR. It should be getting a 192.168.1.something address.
