My Orbi satelite is not transmitting a 2.4ghz chanel and the closest devices are not connecting directly to it .&nbsp;

How do you know that it's not transmitting on the 2.4 GHz band? Have you made a wifi scan and confirmed this?
The fact that your closer devices to the Satellite are not attaching to it does not mean that it's not transmitting the radio.

Log onto the satellite web gui&nbsp; (not the router) and tell us what the status screen says as far as the status of the satellite

Does it connect and synce to the Orib base?&nbsp;Has a factory reset been performend then re-added to the base?&nbsp;
If so and the satellite isn't working, you'll need to contact NG Support and ask for an RMA.&nbsp;
