I purchased the Orbi with the 2 RBS50 satellites. Everything was working fine until I moved one of the satellites from one room to another and now it will not reconnect. The light on the top is constantly white. I tried to re-sync and even hit the reset button, but nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have a solution?

I tried to move it closer and do the reset procedures found in the manual. It doesn't respond any different. The satellite does not respond to anything. It just stays solid white on top and a solid green LED on the back.When I try to do the reset after powering it on, nothing happens.Can it be plugged in via usb or ethernet for a reset or diagnostic?

Did you hold the reset button in for about 6 or 7 seconds until the green power light flashed amber?

Are you using a paper clip in the tiny reset hole? With the unit powered on, insert the paper clip until you here the little internal button click. Hold it in for a few seconds until the green power light starts flashing amber, then release. That will do a full factory reset.
