PS4 has stopped connecting to my Orbi RBR50

For a while my PS4 has been working perfectly fine with my Orbi until two nights ago my dad turned off its internet connection as I was being too loud so he wanted me to go off, he does this quite often, yet the next day when I tried to play it wasn’t working at all and it wouldn’t connect to the internet. I’ve tried changing the dns, the mtu, manually typing in all the details of the orbi and I’ve factory reset my PS4 twice. I should also say that my WiFi works perfectly fine on all other devices but for some reason it’s just not connecting to my PS4.
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated

Did he block it in access control or in the app? He might need to unblock it from there.

  On the app it says that it is connected to the internet but when I run an internet test on the PS4 it says it’s not connected

    Again, how did he block access? Was it through the app, through parental controls, using access controls?
    was it through his app setup (not yours)?
