RBR20
I use a RBR20 router in a mesh system with two satellite units. The firmware version is V2.7.4.24. Our service is cellular internet. I am in the process of adding four security cameras, 3 ADC-v724x and 1 Skybell HD Doorbell. The first two installed with no problems. The third ADC and Skybell show as devices on ORBI, however the installation stops at 81%. Contacted the internet service provider for any restrictions on ports, of which there were none. In working with Alarm.com, they have exhausted all avenues at this point. Is there a limit in the ORBI system that is blocking the addition of the third ADC camera and the Skybell? Thanks for any help on this.

Installation with what? An app from the device maker?
Have you asked for their help?
Many issue with IoT things are down to the installation software. The Orbi is just there for the device to find and connect to. It rarely has any control over what happens.
Do the logs on the Orbi offer any clues?

This can confuse things. Most routers do best with a big standard modem.

The app is from Alarm.com. They initially pointed to the ORBI as the problem; however, the devices connect to the ORBI. I have pushed back to the dealer and Alarm.com to find the issue. The app recognizes that the devices are on the ORBI system and starts the install. It reaches 81% and fails.
I sign on to the ORBI router with Admin and do not see any logs that provide insight into the installation failure. I do not believe it is the ORBI.
What do you mean by big standard modem?
Thanks for your questions.

Cable, DSL and optical network termination (ONT) Internet don't need the fancy modems that come with "cellular internet".
What is the device that connects your router to the Internet?
If some devices connect while others don't I can't seen how this would affect your IoT things, but you never know.

The ADC-v724 appears to be a typical 1080p security camera, supporting both 2.4G and 5G WiFi.
My (personal) practice when connecting Internet of Things (IoT) devices, including cameras, is to have them join the network while sitting comfortably in a chair next to the Orbi router. After finishing the entire setup process (including any firmware updates), I then relocate the device to the desired location (which may involve climbing a ladder!)
Is the third camera being set up this way?
The Skybell doorbell appears to be powered by the doorbell wiring, so it is probably being set up while "mounted"?

The attempt to setup the third camera was not close to the router. However, the first two were not close to the router either. The doorbell camera was mounted when attempting to install. I like your practice of configuring the camera next to the router. I plan to try this. Thanks for your questions and guidance.

I can understand the frustration when two cameras connect correctly and the third identical model fails.
It might be worth resetting the camera and starting over.
Any idea what part of the setup process is hanging up at 81%? (updating firmware? connecting to WiFi?)
