RBR50 / RBS50-100PES not pairing + no internet detected on router but working

Hi   I recently buy a RBS50-100PES to add at my current router and satelite.   I bought it in French while the orginal Orbi was bought in the UK (and I leave in Ireland...) however same frequancy...

Have you tried to connect directly to the satellite via etherenet then try to go to the IP address of 192.168.1.250 and see if the satellite comes up. If not you may need to contact support.
