RBR50 stops working
Model:RBR50
Firmware v2.7.3.22
Hello
Since some days, the RBR50 stops responding, and seems to be powered off as the power led is off, even if the power button is on.
Did someone encounter the same issue?
I Always Have to switch off and on to restart the router.
Thanks for your help

If the power led is off, something is causing a hardware issue.
You could try swapping the satellites power supply for the router's and see if its a power supply issue.

Hi,
thanks for your answer. I swapped the 2 power supplies, but the issue stays on the router.
I changed wifi channels for 2,4 and 5ghz, but seems now the don't stop restarting.
Do you know if debug mode is available to get more logs about the rbr50?
if the power light wasn't even on, how were you able to access it?
did you try a factory reset? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on?

Note that the main light on the Orbi does not stay on all the time: https://kb.netgear.com/31030/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Orbi-router-and-satellite-mean.
- OFF. Your Orbi router and satellite are working normally.
Therefore if you don't see the light, it doesn't mean it's powered off. The "stops responding" is a problem that needs investigating, but it may not be just a power issue. Regardless, if it is under warranty you should best contact Netgear Support and let them help you.
