RBS50Y Will not sync, blue light is solid but states " failed to connect "
Hi,i cannot tel which Firmware is on RBS50Y, trying to sync it with RBR50 ( they were synced until a few days ago. I need to know how to check Firmware and update it on RBS if needed.

Remove the Previous RBSY connection seen on the RBRs web page. Reboot the RBR. Factory reset the RBSY and use the sync buttons to re-sync. I would do this with the RBSY place in the same room as the RBR...

I'd make contact with NG support to see what options are available to you. Sounds like the RBSY has failed.
