Reset Button not working
okay, so I have decided to reset my Netgear Orbi due to a reason I went through today... I have a pin, paper clip, I held down for 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, even for one minute. I still get nothing, the light flashes white and I cannot get anywhere with it... I called Netgear Support and they told me I'd have to pay for their support for it's out of warranty... does anybody know how to solve this?
thank you
Perhaps there is a misunderstanding. When the end of a paperclip is stuck into the tiny "Reset" hole next to the power plug, the Power LED which is right next to the hole will turn from green to amber and then begin to flash. The "white light" is on top of the Orbi. Please look at these instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMw4ePACgc4

- Omg that works! Thank you so much, didn’t know why that video isn’t posted anywhere. I was able to have done it on second try! Much appreciated!

okay... for some reasons, I did see the led blink RED, it wasn't amber color... then it went back to green and the ring flashed white... I gave up and researched, it looks like it's bricked and it's possibly the firmware is corrupted...
Did you press the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release? Does the top ring LED blink WHITE then slowly pulsate WHITE?
Connect a wired PC to the RBR and see if you can access 192.168.1.1
Try this to see if you can recover the RBR if needed:
