Satellite shows disconnected
I have a RBK50 with 2 RBS50 satellites. all running Firmware ver 2.5.1.8. Logging in from the desktop to local IP URL shows both Satellites as Disconnected. From the phone (Android) app they both show connected. I've tried removing and adding back with no change. The LEDs on the satellite shows white flashing then blue for 2 mins then out. So it appears to have set up ok.
What am I missing or doing wrong.

The top ring light turning blue and then going out means, "Everything is great."

Does the Attached Devices web page show anything connected to either of the satellites?
Are they connected wirelessly or wired?
Are you setting them up in the same room as the RBR first or remotely?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

I have a RBR50v2 with 2 RBS50v2 satellites. all running Firmware ver 2.5.1.8. Logging in from the desktop to local IP URL shows both Satellites as Disconnected. This happened after I upgraded to 2.5.1.8. I did a reset on both satellites and then synched them ( in the same room as router). Received a blue light on both satellites but it stills shows disconnected when I log back in through the URL. Any suggestions?

Please try a factory reset and setup from scratch with the RBR and RBS.
