Set up issue - NBN FTTP / Orbi RBR50 - Australia

Have been connected to FTTC for a whoile now using an Archer C60 which has been good with no issues at all, however just in the process of moving house to a place with FTTP and rather than connection being centrral to the house it's in the garage, so decided to get Orbi AC3000 1+1.

(Issue)

I quickly set the system up in the new place, using a direct connection into Uni-D port 1 of the NBN NTD, plugged the router and placed the satelitte int he furthermost room,  it all worked and connected fine through my phone, got on to the app and all set up, SSID changed etc - or so i thought.

Went back to new place this morning to check the work laptop to connect via wifi as i do currently and it said 'connected but no internet', when i tried to get onto the orbi app on the phone, it says 'orbi not set up' and  it cannot detect the wifi and prompts me to set up as a new user and it just loops around like this.

What am I doing wrong, it's likley a user issue but i'm stumped as to what.
