Sold my Orbi - How do I remove it from my support profile?
Hello Everyone,
I sold my Orbi.
How do I remove it from my MyNETGEAR account so the new owner can have it under his account and active the security service?

I had previously removed the Orbi app on my iPhone... I just reinstalled it... but it's empty... no trace of my previous Orbi.
when trying to contact support, it says my 90 days support is over... and my options are either check the FAQ or write here on the cummunity.
that said, I already have an opened case for a little problem I had... I will try to send my request through this case.

I've sold my Orbi System and I can't figure how to "disassoicate it" from me. The new owner texted me and it's all in my profile. I have contacted Bitdefender for my Armour and they have said that it was forward to NG.
Any help on this topic would be appreciated.

Same issue here. Moved from the house and left the Orbi for my ex. How do I remove it from my account and allow her to register it?
