Unable to register new product - error message

Purchased Orbi AC3000 Router today, but unable to register product. I think the product was a return product.

I simply get an error message "something went wrong..try again", but to no avail. 

 

Is there anyway to check whether serial number is already registered, or what to do?

      How are you trying to register and what shows the error?

       

      Is this at mynetgear.com?

        Hi Michael,

         

        i was trying to register it once i logged in to the portal and chose Register a Product.
