Where should I put the satellites
The Router is far away from the satellite 10meters, the satellite only receive 10mbs. Between the router and the satellite, there is a room with two concrete walls and 3 closets. However, my plan is 500mbs and I have tested the speed with the router is around 400mbs. Should I add more one rbs in the middle o f the room?

You can try it out first. Move the Satellite to the middle of the room, where you would put the new Satellite and do a speedtest. Then you can decide if you really need a new Satellite or not.

If moving the Satellite to the middle of the room shows good speed, you will get better 10Mbps speed with a third one. This is possible because of Daisy-Chain feature between the two Satellites to extend the signal and larger coverage.
Before you get a third one, try the speedtest in all the area of interest to see if you are happy with the speedtest result. If you are lucky, you might not need a third Satellite if moving the current Satellite to the middle of the room resolves your speed problem.

Concrete is amazing at blocking wifi signals. Amazing. If you want faster speeds, adding a satellite isn't going to help if the concrete is still blocking. If you can figure out an angle that will remove that concrete from the connection between router and satellite, your speeds will increase significantly.
If you're unable to work an angle that removes the concrete from the equation, do you have a drop ceiling since you have concrete walls? If so, you could run a wire through the ceiling and hardwire the router and satellite together. Much cheaper than buying another satellite that isn't going to give you much improvement because of the concrete.

If you can find a way to hardwire in a satellite or figure out an angle for connection, the orbi will give you the most seamless coverage you're likely to get. Play with placement or running a wire. Just letting you know concrete does a great job of blocking signal.
Personally, if you have a drop ceiling/false ceiling or anyway of running a cable, I'd hardwire in the satellite. Your house is going to struggle with wifi but that'd give you the best coverage.
