Wifi works but Ethernet doesn't on one specific device only
I set the model number to Rbr20 because Rbr10 wasn't available in the options menu, so this device works properly with every other device except my laptop and even on the laptop the wifi works but the ethernet doesn't, I even reset the router but it still didn't fix the problem, I then reset all the internet settings on my laptop but even that didn't fix it. It allows internet access to every other device and I even tried swapping the ethernet cables, it still didn't work, what do I do?

Try different ports on the RBR or RBS with the laptop.
Make sure your ethernet adapter drivers are up to date on the laptop. Refer to the mfr of the adapter for help and information regard drivers.
Be sure no prior ethernet configurations are set, ensure auto obtain IP addressing is set on the adapter.
Does the laptop work on other routers? If this is the only wired devices that doesn't work on Orbi and others do, would be a problem at the laptop or ethernet adapter in this laptop. Might try a USB to ethernet adapter on the laptop.
I tried the ports work fine, but it still refuses to give internet to the laptop, Everything is upto date and updated, I reset network connections thinking it will fix the problem but even that didn't do it, ip address settings is set to automatic, The laptop can connect to internet on other routers, its just this router that doesn't work

What do you actually see when you try to connect? Unfortunately, "refuses to give internet " doesn't tell us much.
It may even be that the laptop "refuses to get internet". You need to rule out that possibility.
If this is a Windows laptop, put its Network troubleshooter through its paces and see if it can detect any problems.

The laptop ethernet works in other settings (friend's house, office, previous WiFi router?)
Does "every other device" include devices with ethernet connection? (other laptop, for example or television)
Yup that looks like the orbi, yes the laptops Ethernet works on other routers, Yes I tested the Ethernet cable and the same orbi router on other devices such as my ps4 and another laptop it works for them but it doesnt for this once specific laptop. Also The orbi just refuses to allow internet acces to the ps4 through wifi and it gives a dns error, I tried changing its dns to multiple ones even the ones playstation reccomends to use if there are any problems, I tried it on auto and it still doesn't work,its a pain. Soo many problems are caused and the saddest part is it all happened suddenly, Like one day I wake up and it just refuses to work... what happened?
