Data Usage Info Unavailable

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Nighthawk M5 and the data usage was displayed on the screen and last week it just suddenly stopped showing it. Instead it reads 'Data Usage Info Unavailable'.

What can be done to get the data usage back? Its a big part of why I bought the M5 in te first place.

    Hi ds21 ,

     

    If you are using your M5 on the Telstra network then there is a current known outage which is being investigated with high priority.

      This issue has now been resolved for anyone using a Telstra SIM.

      Hi there,

      Any idea how they fixed this?

      I bought an M5 from Telstra a few weeks ago and same issue, it was working showing the data usage however now it is not.
