Error(NAT)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using the Netgear Smart Cradle in Our Local Network, DC112A.
i have one issue in our Local network. Before our CCTV EzCloud is working well. Few days before onward, i am not getting the mobile access. It was showing Erro(NAT) and check the router settings.
So what is the issue? How can i possible to solve this issue?

EZcloud status showing Erro(NAT) because of "UDP message cannot be returned via router. Please check the router settings".

Hello
I am assuming you are trying to access your cameras from outside your local network. A NAT error here usually means your access request isn't passed through to you camera service. Assuming you have a public ip on your modem you need to set the port forward of the required ports that ezcloud needs to access the cameras. I don't own the device you are using so I am only guessing and making assumptions, but hopefully this is a start to find the problem
