Issue with M4300 10GBase-LR Activity
Hello,
I am having issues with our M4300-48X (Layer 3) fiber uplink to S3300 - 52Port. There is currently a 1G Multi-mode fiber installed and it works with no issues. We are now upgrading the fiber to a 10G single mode. For some reason on either switch, we are not getting any light activity. We are using direct Netgear SFPs. Here are some of the commands to that particular port for the 10Gig on the M4300:

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge. Ib tnbhis case the M4300 ix not a router. Nothing like.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Discuss Ethernet Switches Plus and Pro Managed
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.- 488techfastAspirant
There is nothing in there about a router, its a Managed Core Switch and currently upgrading the SFP+ 1G to 10G LR

Netgear has moved your message to the appropriate section. With luck you will not get some help.
