LB2120 LTE Plantage

Bonjour

J'ai constaté un plantage régulier de la box : presque tous les jours.

Il faut la débrancher et rebrancher au secteur pour la redémarrer.

Quand elle plante :

  • Led Power : allumé en rouge fixe
  • Led Lan : allumé en vert fixe
  • Led Barres de Réception :
    • S1 et S2 : allumées en vert fixes
    • les autres éteints

Cette situation n'est pas décrite dans la documentation en cas de dysfonctioonement.

 

LA box envoie très peu de donner : un petit mail par jour.

    Hi srekik,

    Is your device up to the most current firmware? Have you done a factory reset on it?

     

    Your LEDs for the LAN and Signal Strength seems normal except your Power LED. The LED for your power should only be between the colors of Green & Amber. 

    Can you confirm if it is red or amber? Thank you :]

      I haven't take care if its is solid RED or solid Amber. But it seems 
      rather Amber see photo below.
      
      In fact the router is connected to a PC on LAN1. The PC sends once per a 
      day a short sms about the state of connected devices to local LAN.
      The router is installed in a remote site far from my office.
      
      No antenna was connected to the router.
      
      For the moment I replaced the router by a D-LINK DWR921 with integrated 4G antennas.
      
      I have succeeded now in my office to update firmware but remote update trials. have failed.
      
      I will make new tests as soon as possible.
      
      Mean while I added the ability to send a new empty sms every hour as a 
      keep alive signal to better control the router working status.
      
      For the moment I have no problem with DWR921.
