M6 PRO 5G - DOES NOT WORK

I doubt it, I can't make it work with 5G

When I put in my iPhone 12 or Motorola G54 Internet chip, they both work with 5G in my city and work. However, my Router arrives with the same internal chip only for the 4G Network with up to 32 Mbs Download.

I don't know what to do, I bought this Router to have a better internet signal and relay between my cell phones and Macook for work. But it's worth it to route through my own cell phone

M6 Router Test

42.5 Download in Mbps

13.7 Upload in Mbps

Test iPhone 12 / Motorola G54

236.5 Download in Mbps

48.8 Upload in Mbps

Works in over 125 countries and international carriers, keeping you connected around the world.

Sorry, I didn't know, I'm a layman in these matters of Routers and equipment.

      What does this mean?

Is this product I have on hand bad? it will never work in Brazil with 5G...

Is there anything I can do like updating or putting up an antenna or something like that to get 5G to work?

Thats why I'm challenging Netgear' JohnPeng ... some models can be operated worldwide with the appropriate firmware, but not all models allow this.
