MR1100 not sending out internet signal
We have been using our MR1100 router without issue for two months but all of a sudden this past week it is not sending out the internet signal. The display is showing that it is getting the signal from the towers with full bars, but our internet is not working. Firmware says it is up to date. Any suggestions for a fix?
- Thanks for the reply. Actually it turns out that it is an AT&T issue throttling our service. I was told from our internet company that the router should be fine. Time to find a new internet company. Thanks for your help!

You need to remember that when troubleshooting. For example, the rest of the network, is important. What's connected to your MR1100?
Then there is the "internet signal" bit. Most people think of signal as being a wireless thing.
Perhaps you could explain what you mean by "our internet is not working".
No wifi from it? Nothing going out to a wired network?
Netgear doesn't provide manuals with stuff these days. So you may not have been able to track down one for your device. Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.- Kentuckygirl13AspirantSorry, I’m really not tech savvy. It appears that the MR100 is getting a signal from the AT&T tower. It says 4G LTE like it’s suppose to and shows full bars for strength, but it is not sending out a WiFi signal to any devices in our house that previously worked on WiFi before this week. I will check out the link you provided. Thank you.

Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
We would like to verify, can your Wireless devices (e.g. laptop) detect the WiFi name of the router?
Kindly wired a device to the MR1100 and check if it can go online.
If it can go online, please access the MR1100 settings page to check the Wireless Settings.
1. From a computer that is connected to your network, launch a web browser.
2. Enter http://192.168.1.1. A login page displays.
3. Enter the administrator login password. The password is case-sensitive.
4. Select SETTINGS > Setup > Wireless.
5. Ensure that "Broadcast WiFi name SSID" is checked.
