Hi im in Aus and i have a MR2100 locked to Telstra (provider) the contract has been cancelled and i want to use it with my new provider but its locked.how can i get it working?

You can contact Telstra for the unlock code. They should provide it if the device is already out of contract. Thanks

Turns out it doesnt need an unlock code but there is a service for unlocking as you suggested.an optus data sim will slot straight in and work straight away.

I have a Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 which I purchased through Telstra a couple of years ago. I now have an unlock code which Telstra have provided so that I can use it with another carrier. However I can not find any instructions on how to apply this unlock code. Can anyone help please.

insert different SIM card, other than Telstra, and login to Web GUI, it will be asking for unlock code
