Netgear Nighthawk M7 Pro 5G Wifi 7 Mobilruter

Hi
I have bought an M7 Pro "Mod 7450" mobile router now, but which app should I use on this?
I have tried several apps from Netgear, but none of them will connect.
Using Iphone 15 pro.

  • Let me clear, so that there is no misunderstanding when you install the (Insight) app onto your mobile phone. You HAVE register it, while your using and setting up the (Insight) app on your phone. It's very important that you register it with the s/n, MR7450 of your mobile router!

      Maybe I'm stupid, but I've done exactly what you describe, but I get a message that it doesn't support my device.
      I'll stick to the web version until a new app comes out that supports this.

  • I have just taken these three separate screenshots on my mobile phone, then I edited them with text & graphics, on my computer before posting on here.

      Every "MR7450" will have a different S/N for that device!

      If you had downloaded the "InSight app" onto your phone, then "you've would have had to register it,  with your device mobile router' s/n (serial number) !

      You have to configure it though, with your MR7450 route.  It's like setting up a "Mesh network interface" via your mobile phone using the Insight App

    Does the NetGear MOBILE app work at all? Purple colored app icon with a white M on top.

  • I hope you come up with a solution quickly so that you can use an app on your mobile phone as it is much easier.

  • Hi - THJ123,  Currently Netgear App isn't compatible with the "Nighthawk MR7450" router. You have to use your "Computer Browser" to access the routers configuration settings. Providing you've login with a Admin password to get access.
