NightHawk M1 will not keep APN settings
I have an unlocked MR1100-100 purchased from Amazon in the UK, please note this is NOT the AU version selected in the Model field, but it would not let me enter anything else. It is running the latest firmware 12.02.07.00 I can set it up with an EE SIM (APN details etc) and it works just fine. However, everytime the unit is rebooted, it looses any cellular-related settings - that data is active, that roaming is active and any APN details that I have previously applied to the unit. I have tried entering the details via the app and via a browser. I have tried taking a back up of the router, once it is all configured, and restoring it. I have done a factory reset and started from scratch but none of these things work. So effectively I have to reconfigure the unit everytime I turn it on, which frankly makes it a bit useless, I might as well stick with my Huawei E5786s.
Can you adivise if there's something I can do to resolve this issue?

I am looking to buy one of these to use in the US and UK (amazon uk as well) so I would be very curious if you get this fixed.

same here. Got mine yesterday but after each reset I have to manually add APN-Settings again.
I contacted support but did not get an answer yet.
- phattypattiAspirantSupport reached out to me tonight, so I have sent them some info to see if they can recreate the issue. Seems to be specific to my UK EE SIM, if I but my UK Voda SIM in, the M1 does not have the same issue, it just works as expected.
