WIFI has been disabled after update on my ATT mr1100-2a1nas

Hi there !

After update to last firmware MR1100-100NAS_23113828_NTG9x50C_12.06.11.00_00_GenericNA_05.03

WIFI on my device is disabled. When I try configure it manually in web panel it doesn't turn on. In some cases it recommended to check IP passthrough option in settings (it must be set in disabled, as I know). BUT the problem is - IP passthrough option is not present in web configure. What might I do in this case ? Maybe it's not correct firmware for my device ? When I look it on netgear site I can't find firmware for 2a1nas ATT version. Please give me link with correct firmware for my device. Thanks a lot for your help!

  • did you try factory resetting the device?

Thats usually the first thing I try if a firmware upgrade causes issues.

Of course I try factory reset button on device - it is no effect. What about ip passthrough option?

I don't have that device to check. but maybe the IP option was pulled in the latest firmware.

Are you within warranty? You can open a support case with netgear.

Click on "mynetgear" at the top. register an account and the device. From there you can open a support case.
