All LED are Solid green when power on netgear fs750t2 network switch

All LED are Solid green when power on netgear fs750t2 network switch

Device: ProSafe 48 Port 10/100 Smart Switch with 2 Gigabit Ports  FS750T2

 

Hi,

When i power ON the switch, ALL LED are solid green and there is no network activity when i either connect the LAN cable.

I tried to (factory) reset device but nothing happen and LEDs remain solid green.

Kindly Help!!

    It seems that this is already a hardware issue and needs to be replaced immediately. I suggest you to give us a call or open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of your switch. If ever the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.
