ARP[ipMapForwarding]: arp.c P address conflict on interface vlan 11 for IP address

ETN-CORE-1 - model M4300-12X12F ProSAFE 12-port 10GBASE-T and 12-port 10G SFP+ -> MAC: 8C:XX:XX:XX:ED:13
SW5-NBUD-24 - model M4300-12X12F ProSAFE 12-port 10GBASE-T and 12-port 10G SFP+ -> MAC: 8C:XX:XX:XX:8F:F7

ETN-CORE-1 - 8C:XX:XX:XX:ED:13
SW5-NBUD-24 - 8C:XX:XX:XX:8F:F7

vlan1 - 10.0.1.1

vlan 10 172.16.1.254

vlan 11 192.168.1.1

 

description of the problem:

both devices have the same error message.
ip address conflict for mac address. One device points to another. Vlans is 8 and only 3 have this message.

ETN-CORE-1 indicates a conflict on switch SW5-NBUD-24-1

I checked on which port the mac address appears. these are the ports on which the connection between the switches is established.

vlan1 - 10.0.1.1

vlan 10 172.16.1.254

vlan 11 192.168.1.1

 

 

Log Error:

the core of the network is the ETN-CORE device
The second identical device is to act as the L2 switch. Maybe the second device needs to be switched to L2 mode. I don't know anymore.

 

 

why is there this conflict between the cross ports of the switch.
why only for 2 vlans and no conflict for the rest.
