ax743 visible like ax745
I found a problem in my switch M5300-28G when I decided to buy another switch M5300-52G and stack them. It turned out that the ax743 module is displayed in the system as ax745 and does not really work. I am using firmware 11.0.0.40. Tell me what to do? any ideas? I found a forum thread on this topic, but the answer is not obvious. https://community.netgear.com/t5/Managed-Switches/GS7328Sv2-Reboot-loop-and-I-O-Module-Issues/td-p/1262859

Welcome to the community! :)
Just to verify does the AX743 module shows in the system as AX745 on both of your M5300-28G and M5300-52G (even they are not stacked)?

Good day!
I bought a new module for testing, and it is detected correctly. Most likely the problem is in the firmware of the old module.
Here's a new module (s/n 24x17b5600050):
AX743 new
Here is an old one and not working properly (s/n 24x1275b0011e):
AX743 old
Is it possible to install the correct firmware on the old module?
Best regards, Denis.

I inquired your concern to the higher tier of NETGEA Support. According to them, it would be best to open a support ticket with the NETGEAR Support Team here at anytime. Further investigation is need on why your old AX743 was showing as AX745 on your M5300 switches.
