Boot loop after firmware update M6100
Hello Guys,
We are having a lot of issues with our M6100 Core Switch chassis for some weeks now but it's a nightmare to contact Netgear support through the chat.
Apparently "The chat queue is busy right now. Try again soon"... What should we do ?
Do we really get support from Netgear ?

Since you are facing a lot of issues with a core switch, I highly suggest to contact NETGEAR support team and open a case.

Hi Renna,
That's what we try to do unfortunately it's always showing the chat support as busy Day and Night 7/7.
So we don't have any possibility to contact the support team. We don't have extended support so we are not allowed to use the phone support line.
The lifetime support seems nice but if it takes days to get in contact with the support team it's not worth it...

I am sorry to hear that. If this happens kindly try a different time of day as volume of the chat could be heavy at that specific time.
I do see though that you already have an open case to NETGEAR support. If this is the same issue please continue to work with them and provide update to the case by logging in to https://my.netgear.com/ and go to Support tab.
