Can I use a M4300-16X L3 switch (XSM4316PA-100NES) as a router for the CM2000?

I would like to use the M4300-16X L3 switch (XSM4316PA-100NES) as a router for the CM2000 and connect multiple CX1800 as WiFi access points.  Is this possible?  I also intend to connect multiple L2 s...

Typo above: meant AX1800 (WAX204) instead of CX1800.  I am also connecting an AC1600 (R6260) as a wireless access point and don't plan to use the router, if I can get the router in the M4300 to do the job.

Doubt the m4300 can be configured for many2one NAT operations required for such an environment.
