Hello David288,
Welcome to the community!
Let me see if I can help you out. Did you make any changes on the stack prior to experiencing the issue? Are you able to ping the switch? Have you tried rebooting the stack?
Thanks,

We have reboot the switches but still can't access the web interface.
The only thing we did was add the 3rd unit.
Can u tell us the correct way to link up the 3 GS752TPS switches?

Hi David288,
Is this the first time you are putting them on a stack? If so, remove them first from being stacked. Check each switch and make sure that the firmware that they are using are identical. See here (page 9) sto see more details on stacking.
Thanks,

Hi..I read the manual and the 3 x GS752TPS are stack correct with Ring Topology
Unit 1 and 2 work fine, could access the Web Interface until 3rd unit was added..All 3 switches were power cycle.
I would like to take unit 3 off to check the firmware version..Are they hot swap?? Can I unplug the cables from unit 3 port 51 and 52 while they have power? or do I power off all 3 units, unplug the cables and power them back on?
Thanks!
