Cannot register new netgear product . - Website functioning correctly ? ?
I have registered my account , but when trying to register my new product , JGS516pe the site , simply refreshes when you click register , and does not prompt any incorrect field , and does not email...

Thanks , I logged a case , and online chat sorted this issue out.
Appears registration of new devices was glitched for a bit .
Should be working now for everyone now.

Afraid, my previous post was probably to much "easy talking" as a user owning multiple Netgear devices.
Indeed. at the initial account and product registration, an already "used" serial number does lead to a dead-end loop.
Let's see what the NTGR people will answer now.
