cant activate rj45 lan ports
how do you activate rj45 ports on a M4100-12GF (GSM7212F) - ProSAFE Gigabit L2+ Managed Switch

What do you mean active the port?
By default the port will up once you connect RJ45 cable to neighbor device. If the port not up, please check if the port is shutdown by Manager on both side. On M4100 switch, you can run CLI command 'no shutdown' on port mode.
