Cant get Managment VLAN to stick on a MS510TXUP
I cant get Managment VLAN to stick on a MS510TXUP. I try to change the Managment VLAN from default 1 to 9 on System / Managment / IP Configuration. I get the warning screen. Hit okay... and nothin...

Looks like a newly introduced issue, was fine during the Beta phase. Something to carry forward to Netgear support please and BretD.
Regards,
-Kurt.
PS. As the MS510TXUP is not a fully Managed Switch, I'll suggest a moderator to move this thread to the more appropriate Plus and Smart Switches Forum to discuss Smart Switches (T) and Plus Switches (E), including Local and Remote Management models.

Same problem on firmware v1.1.0.7
Change the Mgmt VLAN ID in the new interface. Still sticky to VLAN ID 1... does not change.
I've tried this and get the same error on the following versions
v1.0.5.17 (3 still of this version.)
v1.0.5.23
v1.1.0.7 (present on one of them) - schumakuApr 13, 2025Guru - Experienced User
Could be a management Web UI issue, too.
Alternatively, give the Netgear Lite CLI a try, p.60 ff.
The hardcore version would be to download the config from the switches, carefully edit the management VLAN, and upload the modded file again. But please taker a backup from the config first, and store at a safe place.
[EDIT] Can't locate the management vlan config section in the text config export from my MS510TXUP, sorry. [/EDIT]

One thing I have noticed is that there is under Address Table a C1 Managment Interface. I cant access that under Switch / VLAN menu...
