Is the XS716T configured to Current Network Configuration Protocol for DHCP (Dynamic) probably? You need to configure it to a static IP to override the DHCP assigned Subnet Mask. Assuming your router is serving DHCP, and the DHCP server is correctly configured, you can consider to reboot the switch.
The settings are indeed on System - Management - IP Configuration

The switch is indeed cofigured for DHCP.
The first screenshot below shows the status quo.
Do I understand cotrrectly that you suggest I set the settings as in the second screenshot?
Or are you suggesting that I could first simply try to reboot the switch and see if it sets itself correctly?
