Cloning ? of GS108T settings to GS724T
Maybe I don't have the correct search term, but I just purchased a 24 port switch (GS724T) as I have outgrown the 8 port GS108T. I want to know if there is a way to transfer all of the setup info fro...

It depends on how your GS108T was setup. If it doesn't have any configuration like you just plug and play it before, then you can just do the same thing. But if you have other configs, then you can just copy it. There is no way that we can transfer or use the config file as the hardware version is not the same.

GS724Tv4 setup was easier than ever. I just started from scratch and added a LAG and plugged everything in one item at a time. Only had one hiccup with a networked printer that got confused. Other than that, no issues. Thanks for making this easy. No kidding it took 2 hours and was done.
