Communication in between Vlans
I want to enable communication in between 3 Vlans

Assuming you talk of VLANs with dedicated IP subnetworks ... configure and enable routing.
A popular (tough very complete example) covering much more than pure IP subnet routing is How to configure routing VLANs on a NETGEAR managed switch with shared internet access. Alternate approach: Install and configure a powerful router, with access to all VLANs, and deal with routing (IPv4 and IPv6 in case) there.
