Thanks for your answer.
What I need to use is not a SFP+ <--> SFP+ cable like the one you suggest, but instead a QSFP+ <--> 4 x SFP+ adapter.
Is there any that is supported by the switch?

I understand what you intend to do - however there is no such similar cable offered by Netgear, and nothing the like is certified therefore. It's a set-up which don't happen every day, so figure...
Worth a test. Well possible, it will work if this is a passive cable, permitting the other switch with the QSFP+ can run on a single 10G.
