Difference between NetGear ProSafe M5300-28GF3 GSM7328FS and M5300-28GF3 GSM7328S

 What is the difference between NetGear ProSafe M5300-28GF3 GSM7328FS and  M5300-28GF3 GSM7328S model?

        Well the FS is an Ethernet fiber switch with mainly SFP ports (plus four 1GBaseT) while the S is an Ethernet copper switch with mainly RJ45 ports (plus four SFP) - the switch technology is similar, the FS has some less hardware (Ethernet PHY/MUI) as these are part of the SFP modules or DAC.
