Down from 1 Gbps to 100 Mbps
I am using GS108E v3 "Linked Speed" changes in a few hours. Can not set 1Gbps?

Welcome to the community!
Could you please set both switch port and PC port to auto-negotiate mode, and try again? I think the port will up at high-support speed(in your case, it should be 1Gbps).
