I could not stay on the phone with the tech for the procedure. When I got back to the project I can't, for the life of me, find a reset button on the device anywhere. The manual only gives a reset procedure if you can log into the device which I can't since that is the problem. I have looked for a picture of the device where it shows the lights and connections with descriptions but can't find that either. Anyone here know where I need to look? Thanks in advance.
