Fans running full speed after 7.0.0.11 upgrade
Hi,
I just bought a XS712v2 that came with firmware 6.6.3.3. I updated the firmware using the HTTP procedure as I have no PC with Windows.
From what I have seen, the new firmware 7.0.0.11 seems to be correctly installed as reported thru the Web interface but I am facing a problem then: the two fans always run full speed…
I have tried to re-apply the firmware update as well as do a factory reset without success.
Any idea to return to normal fans operations?

Fetch the Tech Support Logs/Info and submit it with a problem report on https://my.netgear.com
THere is a thread on this subject on the correct community section (Smart-/Plus-/-Click-Switches) -> switch fans run at high speed after firmware upgrade to 7.0.0.11

Case opened allready with #41377856 but no news since tomorrow.
Added TechSupport and config files few minutes ago.
