firmware update 2.0.3.2 to 2.0.6.3

I have GS724TPv2 GE Managable switch with me. The current running firmware on it is 2.0.3.2 and I want to update it to 2.0.6.3(latest available version).

Can I directly update from 2.0.3.2 to 2.0.6.3, or I need to do all the previous versions step by step like: 2.0.3.2 > 2.0.4.2 > 2.0.4.3 > 2.0.6.1 > 2.0.6.3

    Welcome to the community!

You should be able to directly update it from 2.0.3.2 to 2.0.6.3.

For more information, please check the release notes here.

So I can directly upgrade the firmware isn't it?

In instructions I found that the HTTPS will get disabled after the update, currently when I am trying to access the via IP only, it is redirecting to HTTPS, so I hope after upgrading, it wont happen.

Yes, you can directly upgrade it.

When it comes to accessing the admin page of the switch, you can explicitly type in http://IP_address_of_switch if typing just the IP address won't work.

You can check page 262 of the user manual here if you'd like to re-enable HTTPs access.
