FSM726 V2H2 first configuration
I set up this model, I did access via com port, I am required username and password, I tried with user admin and passwword: blank password 1234 but I can not access. I also did a hard reset ...

This is the link where I got the steps that I have summarized for you recently. However, let me share this old forum thread I found and it might help. Take note that some of the links on the old forum thread I have shared are not active anymore. Possible reason here might be that the FSM726 is an old model of a managed switch.

when I Press "5" to choose "Flash Access" do not go into any menu :-(
