GS105e prosafe plus utility cli commands

Is it possible to access GS105e via prosafe plus utility and cli commands?

Just to clarify:
I know I can access this switch with a web interface or prosafe plus utility; and I wonder if I could acces this switch via telnet or SSH?
I tried using webrowser .NET, and I am able to login and change some settings but not able to access "btn_Apply" (Apply button to save new settings) via .NET component (webrowser).
Therefore I am looking for any alternate ways to accces this switch via VB or Labview.

- I don't think you can have CLI access to a Plus switch. Minimum is Smart switch
